History
Weston and Kooper both grew up in small Nebraska towns where agriculture was part of everyday life.
Weston Svoboda
A fifth-generation agriculturalist, ranching was rooted in a deep connection to the land and the responsibility that comes with raising cattle.
Kooper Jelinek
Growing up around the beef industry and participating in agricultural programs shaped an early appreciation for quality and care.
The problem
Over time, they both recognized people had become disconnected from the story behind their food. S-Bar was created to bring that connection back, giving families a more direct, transparent way to understand where their beef comes from and how it’s raised.
