We offer delivery within Nebraska and surrounding states. Your beef will arrive frozen, vacuum-sealed, and ready for your freezer.

Most members store their beef in a chest freezer depending on the portion they reserve.
How much beef do I receive?
Members can reserve a quarter, half, or whole beef depending on their household needs.
When do I pay for the beef?
Membership gives you the opportunity to reserve beef during harvest windows and purchase it at cost.
Can I try the beef first?
Yes. Our sample box allows you to experience the beef before committing to membership.
