The Full Process
Become a Steakholder
Choose a membership that fits your household. Membership gives you access to purchase beef directly from the ranch and stay connected to the process throughout the year.

Calf Is Placed on Feed
When you join, a calf is placed on feed as part of the herd supplying Steakholders. The cattle are raised with care on our Nebraska ranch, with a focus on quality, responsibility, and transparency.
Stay Connected to the Ranch
Throughout the year, members receive updates from the ranch including photos, videos, and insights into the cattle and land.

Reserve Your Portion
About a month before harvest, members receive the opportunity to reserve their portion of the animal — quarter, half, or whole. Members purchase their beef at cost without traditional retail markup.
Receive your Beef
We offer two finishing periods each year, allowing you to choose when you receive your beef — in January and June. Delivery or pickup details are coordinated based on your location.
